AVO plant-based cream - the innovation for a new generation of conscious nutrition
AVO Liq-Würz plant-based cream makes it possible to replace animal fats in the production of flavoursome sausage products. Based on valuable canola oil and other specific components, up to 20 per cent of animal fats can be replaced. The technological and flavour effect of the plant cream has been investigated on the basis of a scientific research project and has already proven itself in the production of poultry sausage and beef sausage. The spreadability of tea or liver sausage is just as good as the crunchy bite of boiled or fried sausage.
Thanks to the vegetable oil, the absorption of omega-3 fatty acids is further increased.
The diversity is also evident in the use of AVO plant-based cream in the production of vegan alternatives and hybrid products.
AVO Plant Cream complies with the guidelines of the German Association of GMO-free Foods (VLOG) and is also available in organic quality and halal-compliant.
