Founded in 1862, Gebr. Baldauf GmbH & Co. KG is a fifth-generation family-owned cheese producer located in the Allgäu region of southern Germany. We specialize in premium hard and semi-hard cheeses made from high-quality hay milk, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern and sustainable production methods. Our award-winning cheese specialties are produced with great care, using selected regional milk and our own cheese cultures to ensure exceptional quality and authentic taste.
