About us
We are Kaiserdom - a specialty brewery from Bamberg, founded in 1718 and deeply rooted in a city where beer has been part of the local identity for centuries. For more than 100 years, we have carried the responsibility for authentic Bamberg brewing culture as a family-owned brewery run by the Wörner family. We combine tradition with the aspiration to bring a piece of quality and home into every glass, day after day.
Ambassadors of Bamberg Beer Culture
The foundations for international markets were laid as early as the late 1970s, when exports became an increasingly important focus. The aim was to make Bamberg brewing tradition tangible not only in its homeland, but around the globe. Today, Kaiserdom beers are appreciated in more than 60 countries across all continents.

Pilsener: The classic dry and spicy beer with a fine hoppy note (4.9% vol)
Hefe-Weißbier: Liquid gold, unfiltered with a creamy foam crown – the unique character of the yeast-white beer (4.7% vol)
Dark Lager: The most bavarian of all beers – malt accentuated with gentle caramel notes, black as night (4.7% vol)
Kellerbier: Natural cloudiness, full aroma and spicy taste, a typical Franconian beer (4.8% vol)
Helles: Delicate mild fragrance of malt and hop aroma and tingling slender taste experience (4,9% vol.)
0,0% alcohol free beer and beer mix
100% real beer taste but with 0,0% alc. vol.
How does it work? Regular beer is de-alcoholised using an extremely gentle state-of-the-art process. This enables us to preserve the full flavour and real taste of the beer whilst removing all the alcohol.

As a family brewery in the beer and World Cultural Heritage City of Bamberg, we are committed to quality and tradition.
Smoked Beer: deeply rooted in Bamberg´s brewing tradition, with flavours of beechwood smoke and dark chocolate (5.3% vol)
Strong: a full-bodied strong beer with flavours of roasted hazelnuts (8.2% vol)
IPA: a light malt sweetness with a finely bitter hop blssom and a pronounced aroma of citrus fruits (5.1% vol)
Gift sets
We also offer our delicious beer in gift sets. The 1l cans are available as mug sets with an original Bavarian 1l glass mug.
The ‘Bavarian Mini Bar’ contains all our 0,25l beers, packaged in a decorative four-pack with a fridge magnet.
The Heritage Edition includes all three beers in the range in a handy gift box.
